Australian Bee Gees is the wonderful music show of Gibb Brothers. At the beginning, the show starts with the strange video clip of Dolly Parton this was the introduction of the band to the audience. As the show moves on, Guests are swiftly taken back in time to the early days of the Bee Gees complete with Robin wearing long hair. This segment of the show includes numbers such as Nights on Broadway, Lonely Days, New York Mining Disaster 1941 and Run to Me. There is also an acoustic set that highlights songs written by the Bee Gees for other artists such as Chain Reaction, Islands in the Stream and Guilty.
After the performance, the stars of the show go for a quick wardrobe and returns to the stage dressed in black. The show is all about three men named, Michael Clift as Barry, David Scott as Robin and Wayne Hosking as Maurice.
Michael Clift- Born and raised in Australia, Michael starts playing Guitar at the age of eight and at the age of fourteen he started his own band. Later he earned an associate degree in music and started touring Australia with his band Red Tape. After Red Tape disbanded Michael formed Staying Alive which has become the most successful Bee Gees tribute show of all-time.
David Scott- David Scot is a talented musician and songwriter. Born and raised in thecapital city of New Zealand Auckland, David started his band at the age of 14 and later he joined Auckland’s biggest band the Golden Harvest. Joining tribute band, Red Eagle group at hotel California proved the turning point of his career and after that, he never looked back.
Wayne Hosking- It will not exaggerate to say, that music was in the blood of Wayne. His mother was proficient in playing drum and father was a professional guitarist. At twenty-one years old, he wrote his first opera entitled Crusade which highlighted the doomed children’s crusade during the 12th century. Apart from singing, Wayne has expertise in playing Guitar and Piano.
